Job Description

The role of Payroll Operations Analyst is to partner with business unit leaders and process all aspects of payroll operations. This includes, but not limited to, processing accurate payrolls, communicating with sites to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and assisting employees with any payroll related items. This role will report to the Manager, Payroll Operations and will support the Global Treasury leadership team at the Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst include:

Process all aspects of the payroll function for assigned Companies including ensuring accuracy and timeliness and maintaining appropriate documentation and records.
Ensure that all payrolls are completed accurately and on time.
Comply with all federal, state and local payroll tax regulations.
Ensure compliance for garnishment processing.
Provide problem resolution support to employees relating to payroll inquiries.
Act as a role model demonstrating being positive, being a team player and accepting of change.
Maintain good working relationship with core departments (Human Resources, Accounting, Legal, Sites, etc.).
Assist in identifying and developing system and process improvements resulting in improving accuracy and efficiency.
Assume additional duties as assigned


Bachelor's degree or CPP preferred or equivalent payroll experience required


Minimum of 3 - 5 years of payroll processing for a large industrial manufacturer
Prior experience with payroll processing systems (Workday, Oracle, ADP)
