This position is responsible for the administration, configuration, and oversight of the various banking core and origination platforms. This position will be a resident knowledge expert for the systems assigned, and support other Platform Support administrators and lines of business managers to ensure the functionality of the systems.

Will be responsible for staying up to date with software changes and improvements. This may include training sessions provided by vendors (in person, conference calls, webinars) or by independent research.
Responsible for reviewing and testing system updates.
Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures for various systems administrated by the Platform Support team.
Responsible for assisting in the research and implementation of system functionality as requested by business leaders and department managers.
Provide telephone support to internal associates.
Responsible for reporting software defects and bugs to appropriate vendors and managing the support relationships with these vendors.
Will assist IT as necessary to research issues or provide additional system troubleshooting.
May include limited development of management reporting to help support business objectives and analysis.
Occasional travel may be required.
Will perform special projects as assigned by manager.
Normal departmental hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Education, Job Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Finance, Accounting, or other business related field is required
Proven ability to creatively problem-solve issues and correct any underlying systematic gaps
Requires exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy with close attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with banking systems such as IBS Insight, LoansPQ, Encompass, Baker Hill NextGen, or similar is preferred
General banking knowledge preferred
Some limited SQL experience is a plus
Effectively manage multiple projects with deadlines
Highly motivated self-starter
Able to provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination or valid exemption documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Finance, Accounting, or other business related field
OR may substitute 3 years software support experience.
