Your Opportunity:Venture Solutions, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a full-time Business Process and Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team! This role is responsible for understanding Client Services systems, processes, initiatives, and metrics and leading efforts to continuously improve. While expected to evolve with the needs of the business, this role will primarily be responsible for:
Identifying and driving process and system improvement opportunities by actively engaging in current initiatives, rapidly learning business processes, monitoring metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with internal teams; most critical in alignment with major projects underway that touch Client Services and customers.
Leading and coordinating the effort to document shared business processes, the templates used for these documents, and easy search and accessibility to these documents.
This position is perfect for a self-starter who has a knack for implementing order and processes, thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines and deliverables and who can turn ambiguity into action. This position will work in cross-functional, collaborative teams and lead creative problem solving and decision-making. This role also provides exposure to many Venture Solutions business areas.
Assess Client Service and related processes and develop expertise by studying current practices, working with business users across functions and facilities and design modifications where necessary
Participate in change initiatives (projects) representing the business processes, rules, controls, and reports for area of expertise
Coordinate and lead subject matter experts to document and align business processes within and across multiple sites; support UAT and acceptance requirements for various initiatives
Define business processes outside-in, advocating for the customer
Create and maintain technical, functional, and business process documentation
Define shared repository for universal client services functions and processes ensuring critical processes and business rules are documented, maintained, and accessible for all client services teams
Problem solve business issues and lead efforts to improve efficiency and customer experience by improving business processes within and across functions
Execute small-to-medium projects by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending future actions/solutions
Work with the Account Management team to adjust and adapt training materials where necessary to ensure the team is executing changes and processes as intended
You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years related experience in business process improvement, process optimization, quality assurance, and/or training
2+ years related experience in documenting business processes and working with knowledge management repositories and concepts
Excellent organization and communication skills
Proven track record of working cross functionally withclient services, sales,business development, finance, IT,and operations toframe process improvements for customer experience and business value
Desire to work in adynamicandhigh-energy environment
Proventrack record of building strongrelationshipswithin the organization
