Job Description

The Population Health Knowledge and Terminology team is actively looking for a Content Solution Designer to define and document clinical content solution vision, functional requirements and risk analysis using content and solution management tools and processes. You'll be using your technical & design expertise to test the content that provides the solution for the problems that many institutions face today. Using epics, features, and solution vision you'll write content-focused user stories and requirements into clear, workable content requirements in the forms of rules and alerts, documentation elements, and plans of care and advisors. You will also be supporting the development team in planning, estimating and allocating resources appropriately. You will be working alongside other content solution designers, as well as, clinical terminologists and pharmacy terminologists to provide current and future-state analysis for content development projects and prioritize backlog to support content solution roadmap.

This opportunity will allow you to feel empowered to take ownership of your work, and relationships by connecting with content and solution stakeholders, and keep them informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles. You will analyze and develop functional requirements to support various content types leveraging multiple tools and adhering to development standards to ensure consistency of content delivery, focusing on technical solution design. This job will combine your technical background and strong communication skills to be a key player in writing clear and concise acceptance criteria, acting as the liaison between project stakeholders, developers and testers. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
At least 1 year clinical content, product design, medical terminology and/or other healthcare information technology (HCIT) solution work experience
At least 5 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree

Expectations
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Must reside within 60 miles of a virtually approved city
