Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.The Global Account Manager in the Industrial business unit plays a key role in driving revenue growth through global account management excellence and best in class thought leadership in select end markets (applications). This team partners extensively with one leading customer as well as members of our Strategy and Business Development, Product Management, Engineering and Regional sales teams, to develop and execute the BU in GTM strategy and tactics to drive growth, with a direct reporting and matrix manage structure

Executes flawlessley & communicates clearly on value drivers & key opportunities or business.

Has ambition to grow further in career to VP Sals & Marketing, PM, Director or STrategy SBD role.

What your background should look like:

Success in the role requires strong business acumen and growth mindset, exceptional analytical and communication skills, ability to work seamlessly with leaders at multiple levels, and the skills and tenacity to achieve results with and without formal authority. Strong capability to linkto the overall business strategy and developing a high ROI pipeline of growth investments is essential. The successful candidate will have a strong, demonstrated ability to seek the ideas of multiple individuals in the organization and help facilitate the best path forward for the BU in strategic decisions.

In addition, successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or Engineering is required. MBA graduate program with Engineering degree highly preferred
10 plusyears experience in commercial leadership role, witha minimum of 3 years leading key account teams.
Successfully led development of sales information, track record of commercial executions and delivering tp results.
High-levels of conceptual thinking, problem structuring and analysis, cross functional team leadership, and the ability to organizational boundaries.
Managerial courage and communication skills to effectiviely and constructively challenge and influence and guide senior leaders and experts in the organization.
Skilled at working and leading in a multi-cultural, multi-matrixed environment.

COMPENSATION
*Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $83,700- 101,500(subject to change dependent on physical location)
*Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
*Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
