HYSON Metal Forming Solutions, a brand of Barnes Group Inc, is seeking a Marketing Co-Op available to start immediately. This role reports to the Global Product Manager and will be engaged in daily activities focused on market research and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

Research assigned industries to identify customers, manufacturing processes, etc and present summary of findings. (Proactive)
Utilize the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to identify, research, create reports and share with sales team to prioritize potential leads. (Reactive)
Collaborate with the global marketing team to request, interpret, and present findings related to the local marketing efforts (including opinion polls, questionnaires, and surveys).
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to quantify data inputs.
Other marketing related duties, as assigned.

Required Skills

Able to utilize resources (ie. Google Search, LinkedIn, etc) to research and analyze assigned markets
Motivated self-starter that demonstrates initiative and can work with limited supervision
Conducts self in a professional manner and able to interact with all levels in the organization

Able to evaluate and manage projects to ensure on time delivery

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Required Experience:

College junior or senior pursuing a Marketing or MBA degree.
Previous coursework in Marketing Research and/or Business to Business Marketing, preferred.
Pardot experience, preferred.
Experience with web-based market research and social media, preferred.

Other applicable information

The ideal candidate must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
Rate: $16/hr
Fulltime as schedule permits: M - F, 25 - 40 hrs/wk
Schedule may continue throughout the year.
Potential to lead to full time employment post-graduation.
