Systems Analyst I
This position of OT Systems Analyst I is responsible for the planning and design of small portions of an OT System with supervision. This includes setup, implementation, testing, and documentation of potentially complex, technically oriented and sensitive OT systems. This position will be involved as a team member for projects working under the direction of leadership.

Configure, install, and support advanced network infrastructure
Communicate with internal team and external clients
Provide troubleshooting services to external clients
Provide assessments of clients' network infrastructure
Available for afterhours support
Other duties may be assigned.
Planning and design of small portions of OT systems with supervision.
Configuration, implementation, testing and documentation of an OT system which may include setup of one or more parts of the overall system. This would include Server and PC machine setup, Network Setup, Hardware Setup, and Software Setup, and thus could require an advanced knowledge of IT skills in several areas as listed below.
Maintains confidentiality on potentially sensitive customer information.
Ability to troubleshooting and support OT hardware, software, and networks.
Capable of installing and startup up an OT system on a customer's site without direct supervision.
Perform in-house and in-plant customer operator training for the OT system.
Seeks opportunities for professional growth and increasing levels on independence.
Travel will be required to install OT systems, and to provide plant start-up services at Customer sites.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 2 or 4-year degree in Information Technology, Network/Systems Administration or Computer Science or a related technical field, 3-5 years' experience in Information Technology and ground up system design configuration or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: The amount of travel will vary according to business requirements. Up to 35% may be expected.
