The Cape Fox family is looking for a Curriculum Developer - Instructional System Designer (ISD) to join our growing team in support of a Government customer at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience providing project management support in a medical-related/research environment, which can be applied to assist in critical research activities in support of the customer's mission.

Core Duties:

Provide course development support to include but not limited to planning, developing, recording, editing, post-processing, synchronizing, copying, and updating training content
Convert traditional learning professional continuing education (PCE) into technology-enhanced Distance Learning (DL) courseware (to include instructional simulations, web content, advanced instructional media, and blended learning solutions) hosted on various industry-available platforms
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, scenarios, learning activities, online course content, instructor-led presentations and learning assessments) using sound instructional design theory
Interface with and train faculty, staff, sponsors, and hosts in development of courseware
Perform associated general multimedia duties/tasks in a university setting. This task shall require knowledge of USAF and industry LMS capabilities and requirements, an understanding of existing and emerging technologies and their use in an instructional environment, knowledge of ADA requirements in course delivery, and familiarity with copyright and intellectual property standards for course development
Provide instructional system design support to OE faculty to help develop and deploy training into platforms that are conducive to quality education
Provide educational technology expertise to the faculty with asynchronous curricula content design, development, and execution
Manage all technical aspects of eLearning projects for the entire life cycle of the product and provide assistance to faculty with the Learning Management System (LMS) administration as needed
Provide expertise for curriculum development to create robust distance learning products on an as needed basis
Assist with the development of blended courses and provide technical assistance to faculty in the conversion of lesson content
Develop instructional simulations, web content, advanced instructional media, and blended learning solutions
Coordinate software updates and installs, maintain software license listings, and prepare for internal audits
