Looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to work in our busy Sharonville, Oh manufacturing facility!
The Recruiting Coordinator achieves company staffing objectives by working closely with the operations team to identify and evaluate staffing needs for the business. This position is responsible for recruiting operations non-exempt full-time employees as well as working with the external vendor relationships with our temporary staffing firms to ensure that we deliver the right employees & temporary team members at the right time. The Recruiting Coordinator must build strong relationships with Operations team leaders and supervisors to understand the true needs of the business -including recruiting meetings, reviewing qualified candidates, setting up interviews, communicating with all parties the status of the candidates, using your expertise to help support the hiring managers in the decision-making process, and assure the candidates are set up for success for onboarding. The Ops recruiter will also meet regularly with Ops leadership to ensure that the partners we have in place are delivering the best candidates and meeting variable needs of the business. Requirements and responsibilities will ebb and flow throughout the year based off peak seasons & down seasons.
Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Excellent customer service skills
Strong project management skills
Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
