PAC Worldwide is looking for an IT Services Intern to join the Global Information Systems and Technology Team.  As the IT Services Intern your primary responsibilities will include imaging, staging, and deploying new computers; updating assets in our asset management database; and taking help desk support calls.  You will learn from a team that supports colleagues across the world, and a Management that is invested in your growth and development.

The IT Services Intern role is a temporary position (up to 6 months duration) and is up-to 40 hours per week.  You will report directly to the Manager of IT Infrastructure.

The rate is $15.00 per hour.

What you will be doing:

Image, stage, and install new computers in our manufacturing plants and warehouses.

Receive, triage requests, and create requests from in-bound calls and emails.

Troubleshoot and fix issues with laptops, desktops, tablets, desktop and network printers, and mobile devices.

Manage clients using remote support tools; maintain Active Directory and Office 365 accounts.

Other duties as assigned.

Your qualifications:

You are currently working towards your AA degree and will graduate within the next 12 months, OR

You are currently working towards your BA degree and are a sophomore, junior or senior, AND

You have at a minimum:

A 3.00 GPA

Completed at least 5 IT related courses in one or more of the following:

Desktop Support

Networking

Server Administration

Operating Systems

Database Administration

Information Security

Virtualization

Experience with the following:

Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Android, iPhone, and iPad
