Keep an Eagle Eye on safety
Perform various SAP Transactions to maintain a streamlined stock and sales order flow
Perform tasks associated with stock and sales order realization including record recording, data management, record handling
Ensure all orders are shipped on time and paperwork is accurate
Assist Spare Parts Supervisor with inventory audits
Ensure all original work tickets, folders, and bills of lading are processed each day for manifesting and filing
Keep an ample inventory on all forms, labels, and other office shipping supplies as needed
Provide feedback and/or participate on potential HPO projects associated with Shipping and Receiving processes
Perform goods receipts in SAP
Notify Spare Parts Supervisor of any shipment problems
Ensures all documentation in accordance with DOT, and relevant regulations
Tow motor experience preferred - support for loading and unloading equipment
Maintain a clean and well-organized work area
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with SAP or similar ERP system
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Required education:

High School Degree
Associates Preferred


Required qualifications:

Minimum 2 years shipping/receiving experience in industrial or equipment business
Valid driver's license with good record.
