KBR's National Security Technology Group is seeking a Sr. Program Control Analyst to join our Chantilly, Virginia teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial deliverables of all contracts assigned as well as internal analysis & reporting.
Sets up the accounting for new billable projects in the accounting system (Unanet) to ensure that the setup is consistent with the contract and how the program manager wants to track performance
Develop plans, budgets and schedules, to meet contractual/project requirements for multiple contracts with a variety of contract types, such as FFP, CPFF, T&M, as well as hybrids
Develops financial controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements
Monitors progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
Produces reports for assigned contracts and distributes to customers & internal management
Conducts variance analysis of actuals vs baseline
Review and approve Monthly invoices and validate revenue
Quarterly revenue, profit, and direct labor projections by contract by person
Review subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracy
Initiate funding alerts to the subcontracts administrator for all contracts assigned
This position will report to the Director of Program Control
Strong aptitude for using & enhancing EXCEL spreadsheets and to learn Unanet web-based project setup and planning software
Prefer experience with Costpoint as Costpoint will be our accounting system starting Jan 2022
5 years of program control experience in federal government contracting working Cost-plus, T&M, and Fixed price contracts
A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, have a strong commitment to customer service, and have the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
Security Requirements: Prefer TS/SCI clearance. Must meet eligibility requirements for TS/SCI clearance
