Job Description

The Product Information Coordinator will ensure data accuracy of product items in both the item master and legacy system. Individual must accurately create and maintain item attributes in both the item master and legacy system, following established processes and must meet or exceed service level standards for the role.


Accurately create and maintain item attributes in both the item master and legacy systems
Meet established service level standards
Archive internal audit and strategy documents
Maintain product information according to defined setup standards
Maintain documentation to support new items and item maintenance requests
Responsible for institutionalizing processes to ensure high level of service to internal customers
Troubleshoot item concerns and provide accurate issue resolution
Assist in testing of existing or new system functionality

Qualifications/Knowledge & Experience:

College degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
1-3 years related work experience required (i.e., customer service, sourcing, etc.)
Self motivated - must have a high level of integrity and energy with strong attention to detail
Must effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers and suppliers
PC proficient in Windows based software programs (MS Office)
Solid familiarity with operational/logistical mid-range and mainframe systems, desired
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, people, and diplomacy skills are required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, required
