Nature of Work

This role is vital to CMGO's success. The media campaign Coordinator will implement and support successful broadcast and digital sales campaigns.  It manages all the moving pieces of our complex multimedia campaigns.  Candidates must be able to self-manage and prioritize workload within aggressive and defined deadlines with no change resistance.  Employees in this role must translate information provided by the sales organization into a number of systems with accuracy and efficiency.  The role oversees the strategy, optimization and complete fulfillment of digital campaigns delivered by our partners in the digital space as well as radio and tv campaigns.  It is the expectation that this role works to streamline fulfillment processes while providing the highest levels of customer service in an error free environment.  This role requires exemplary customer service provided to internal clients in person, via email, video conference and phone as well as collaboration with our remote corporate fulfillment partners.  Candidates must be familiar with the functionality of broadcast and digital platforms, as well as, digital products and be comfortable working in an ever changing, fast paced environment.


Manages the complete lifecycle of broadcast and digital campaigns, including regular communication to Account Executives on campaign statuses.
Oversees and researches existing and prospective clients including account history and setup.
Responsible for maintaining process, entry, and optimization requests of all campaigns.
Oversees and ensures billing process and procedures run smoothly.
Completes creative ordering requests while providing guidance on creative best practices.
Facilitates effective and accurate pre, real-time and post campaign reporting, including troubleshooting technical and data related issues.
Serves as primary liaison between Account Executives, Digital Sales Strategist, Digital Fulfillment, Broadcast Traffic and corporate partners to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
Perform various other tasks including training, prospecting, co-op, events and other projects.
Serves as a critical backup for other members of the Advertising Operations team

  What we look for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital environment
High attention to detail, strong organizational and process management skills
High technical aptitude and basic knowledge of coding language(s) preferred
Google Analytics Certification a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to learn and operate a number of internal computer programs, systems and software
Knowledge of Google Ad Manager, WideOrbit, ServiceNow, Google Tag Manager or DFP Sales Manager a bonus
Strong and proven customer service experience
Ability to manage multiple daily tasks
Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
Self-motivated and ability to work well under pressure
Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
Results oriented with great attention to detail
Able to apply creative thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills
