Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Subcontract Administrator located at our Beavercreek, Ohio office with experience in Government subcontract administration.
The candidate will support multiple programs and perform duties in a variety of areas to include the entire life cycle of subcontract administration. Roles and Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Manage and coordinate relationships with subcontractors.
Responsible for review and issuance of Non-Disclosure.
Solicit/review subcontractor proposals.
Actively participate in subcontract negotiations.
Formulate required contract flow-down clauses for subcontract and consulting agreements.
Prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontract and consulting agreements in accordance with FAR Part 44.
Provide contractual advice and guidance to Program Managers.
Oversee subcontract performance, process change orders, resolve invoicing issues.
Work closely with Program Control regarding financials.
Responsible for entering subcontracts into Deltek, Costpoint.
Maintain compliant electronic subcontract files.
Initiate and finalize closeout efforts.
Ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements.
Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:
Be able to pass a government background security investigation
5+ years of experience in Government subcontracting or related positions in the DoD Industry is preferred
Experience with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, with both internal and external customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office products required, specifically Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with team members, manage in high-stress situations, and prioritize workload
Experience working with Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Time-and-Material type subcontracts
Working knowledge of the FAR and the DFARS and have experience applying the FAR and its Agency Supplements to contracts and subcontracts.
