ARS is seeking a full-time Technical Program Manager to coordinate the execution of autonomy efforts at WPAFB. The ideal candidate will have program management experience supporting R&D programs,software development experience and experience with data analysis. This position will assist the Government mature development efforts through the software development lifecycle, ultimately resulting in a transition/production-ready product. The deputy program manager is responsible for ensuring timely compliance with security and contractual requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate within constraints and adhere to DOD/AF/AFRL/ARS standards
Simultaneously contribute to multiple efforts in various phases of their lifecycles
Capture and communicate technical requirements and ensure quality of deliverables
Lead program working groups, monitor software integration, etc.
Draft technical program documentation, i.e., strategic roadmaps, integration plans, etc.
Liaise and coordinate taskings within and between the working groups
Ensure successful execution and delivery of government deliverables
Support Government Program Manager as required
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification/Technical Experience Required:
US citizen, with a TS/SCI clearance.
BS/CS or another related degree (Master's degree preferred)
7+ years Program Management experience
5+ years of experience supporting software development and transition ideal
10+ years supporting DOD/Government efforts
Data analysis experience preferred
Experience with NTM data
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
