Role Summary: Serve as the operations lead within the marketing team managing lead workflows, internal processes and data reporting.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will work to create scalable processes in lead flow and tracking, and database management. The primary focus of this role will be monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the company's overall goals. You will be responsible for analyzing our impact/success across region, market segments, target audiences and personas within our paid, owned and earned channels leveraging a variety of data sets (SalesForce, HubSpot, google analytics, etc.). This ongoing analysis will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. You will work closely with solution marketing managers, practices leads and sales leadership to implement and manage process improvements and tracking/reporting.
In this highly influential role, you will need to scale between big picture thought leadership down to detailed analysis and execution of process management. You will need to build strong relationships across our partner, marketing and sales teams, and be well organized to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once and acting as a liaison between sales and marketing to optimize and deliver high impact data and insights to the business.
You should have command of best practices and trends in marketing and sales operations and processes. You should enjoy being creative and understand how to both build and manage a variety of reports to support data-driven decision making. You will need to come up with creative strategies to help measure marketing success, and be dedicated to continually testing, measuring, learning and evolving your operational approach.

Scope/Level of Decision Making: This is an exempt position operating under limited decision-making and supervision. Position performs a variety of assigned activities, referring more complex issues to the manager.
Assist salesforce admin on behalf of marketing department to monitor and manage all aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and campaigns.
Create and maintain processes and develop metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Maintain quality of marketing and sales data and analyze regularly to develop insights and make optimization recommendations.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance.
Manage lead flow, lead scoring and grading & track all leads along with monitoring lead conversions
Manage our outside telesales team (Business Development reps) impact and success in their engagement with and qualification of marketing leads
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Previous marketing or business operations experience preferred
