The contractor employee shall provide administrative support to the Aerospace Physiology Division.
The contractor employee shall be required to perform administrative activities, to include answering telephones; send and receive faxes and e-mails; composing routine, nontechnical correspondence; proofreads/edits correspondence and documents for correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and format, and maintain/update organizational databases and records, as necessary. The contractor employee shall prepare and track weekly and monthly reports for inclusion in USAFSAM and HHQ meetings and reports.
The contractor employee shall assist in the administrative review and editing of the officer and enlisted performance reports and awards packages.
The contractor employee shall administratively track and monitor Division tasks to ensure on-time responses.
The contractor employee shall assist staff and guest visitors with coordination of TDY travel, transportation, lodging, and shall assist with the preparation of travel authorizations/orders.
The contractor employee shall assist with the general administrative duties related to workshops and formal training requirements of the Aerospace and Operational Physiology Program. The contractor employee shall have appropriate access to all necessary systems and assist with the coordination and planning of workshops, conferences, and tours. The contractor employee shall assist guest speakers with travel arrangements and coordination of schedules.
The contractor employee shall assure confidentiality of documents, communications, and data related to the duties above.
