Job Summary: The Director, Business Operations & Special Projects will lead various critical projects across the organization with regard to strategy, management, and operations. This position supports the COO in coordinating, monitoring, and prioritizing workflow requirements for the efficient daily operations, activities, and services managed and provided by Operations Team. In this leadership role, the candidate will partner with our leaders to build shared context, drive clarity, and appropriately prioritize time, inspire thought leadership, and resources towards our key areas of focus.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Be the business operations lead for company-wide strategic initiatives that will drive growth and revenue streams. Drive end-to-end strategy, design & execution of initiatives. Be accountable for hitting targets, milestones, and overall project management of initiatives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver amidst competing priorities. Partner with other senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles. Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new markets.

Minimum 15 years of previous leadership experience within related professional services industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
Well-connected in the marketplace with a reputation as an expert leader
Strategic thinker who can connect vision and strategy to tactical execution.
Strong presence and leadership skills with proven experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational development skills with confidence to develop and delegate.
Demonstrated ability to lead, build and hold teams accountable, and achieve results.
Strong market knowledge with financial, analytical and business acumen.
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Resulting Physical Qualifications:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment.
Must be able to occasionally reach, bend, climb and/or balance.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
