Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Statistical Programming Manager to join our Biostatistics team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Provide support to project teams on all statistical programming matters;
Manage statistical programming staff, coordinate task assignments and review activities/progress to ensure high quality delivery;
Provide leadership and training for the Statistical Programming group;
Ensure all projects within the team meet objectives and timelines;
Lead the development of Statistical Programming standards, applications and processes to maximize efficiencies; and
Maintain knowledge of new technologies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Master's degree in Statistics/Biostatistics and 5 years of industry experience;
Knowledge of advanced programming methods
In-depth Knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM standard
