The Process Mining Lead will act as the product owner for Celonis, providing deep technical expertise in managing and developing Process Mining environments including configuration, development, research, troubleshooting, and user support. This position applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to design and develop of data model and create data pipelines to extract and transform process data from various ERP and custom applications using SQL, Python or ETL tools into rich Process Mining Dashboards.

This role will lead analytical initiatives as well as analyze, interpret data, and make recommendations to support the objectives of our internal customers. This position will compile, analyze, and audit data to communicate and ensure accuracy of key metrics to stakeholders in the company. Will also analyze data to identify areas of concern or best practices opportunities and partner with stakeholders to further assess, determine counter measures or establish new processes as needed.

Creates governance documentation and processes, architects, and collaborate with key internal to create/develop dashboards and standard reporting in alignment with the OneSHW Architecture vision.

Essential Functions

Strategy & Planning

Interact with stakeholders in departments across the company, identify opportunities for Process Mining to enhance our business, match the optimal techniques to the specific business need, and creates required Dashboards.

Develop, interpret, and present a point of view and recommendation with respect to analytics/KPIs. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and key leaders

Evaluate ongoing analytical needs, recommend approaches, and establish vision and direction for ongoing work/improvements. Drive annual plan forward throughout the year checking in with stakeholders.

Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for strategic architecture plans, system design, and implementation standards for the Process Mining domain.

Develop an integrated view of Process Mining capabilities and processes, using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry best practices and techniques.

Manage the overall Process Mining domain technology roadmap to align to the OneSHW business strategy.

Facilitate the process of defining and publish standards, best practices, capabilities, Process Mining roadmap, synchronized with the overall enterprise future state architecture.

Partner with Finance and DT innovation teams to collaborate on identifying opportunities in bringing new innovations such as Automation and other emerging technologies to support the overall digital business strategy.

Acquisition & Deployment

Connect the Process Mining platform with on-premises/ Cloud ERP & IT systems.

Follow through to resolution, or escalation to appropriate team, while maintaining appropriate documentation requirements. Address user and admin requests for service and configuration.

Perform analysis of business models, logical specifications, and/or customer requirements to design and build Process Mining solutions utilizing multiple technologies.

Mitigate significant risks associated with projects, which have a high technical complexity and/or involve significant challenges to the business

Provide strategic consultation to peers in defining or designing capabilities, processes, functions, and organizational structures as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing, selling, and enabling technology based on business priorities and focus areas.

Operational Management

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the discovery and investigation of Process Mining initiatives.

Willingness and ability to train and teach others.

Build and maintain the current state architecture of the Finance and identify opportunities to reduce complexity, reduce tech debt and increase optimization

Lead efforts to develop and maintain the architectural assets for the domain.

Synchronization with other Architect roles through participation and collaboration with the Architecture Community is critical for the success of this role.

Collaborate with Digital leaders, BRM, EPMO and Strategic Operation functions on reporting architecture status, issues, risks, and benefits.

Provide regular, clear, and consistent communication (written and oral) on the status of projects, issues, and deliverables to representatives from the customer/vendor. 

Incidental Functions

Conduct research into new technologies, including tools, components, and frameworks.

Train and knowledge share with development teams.

Mentor and coach developers and/or Professional Apprentices.

Project and task management and reporting as necessary.

Make presentations to management, clients, and peer group as requested.

Schedule and lead project and communication meetings with clients.

Assist with other projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience.

Master's degree in a related field is a plus.

Knowledge & Experience

8+ years IT or Business experience.

6+ years' experience with ERP, Finance Technologies, CRM, emerging technologies, and cloud platforms.

Ability to collaborate with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Process Mining platform technical requirements.

1+ years of experience with any Process Mining tool.

Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems

Experience calculating expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes because of process mining.

Knowledge of ITIL Methodology.

Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology.

Understanding of core finance business processes, management, and external reporting requirements.

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Comprehensive knowledge of facilitation and organization change management.

In-depth experience with driving technology transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Celonis Process Mining.

Experience with programming (Python, R, SAS, etc.) is a nice to have.

Experience with utilizing one or more Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe..etc).

Experience with current Finance technologies and tools.

Experience with Intelligent Automation Tools (RPA, BPM, etc)
