The Supervisor is responsible for directing, supervision, and communicating the activities of nursing personnel, nursing units, and the entire hospital for the time assigned to maintain continuity for around-the-clock delivery of patient care. The Supervisor assumes responsibility for the general well-being and functioning of the hospital in the absence of Administration and Department Managers.
Requirements: Must have Ohio RN license. BSN or 2 years nursing management/supervisor experience preferred. ACLS certification required. PALS certification must be current or completed within 6 months. Must be a team player, a critical thinker, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to make decisions under stress. A strong clinical background is necessary. Weekend/Holiday rotation.
