Woolpert, Inc., seeks entry-level Geospatial Technicians (GT) for their Dayton, OH office. The Geospatial Technician will collect, edit and process digital data from various sources to produce a variety of NGA GEOINT products that meet internal and external customer requirements. Position requires accurate, efficient collection of feature data from 2D imagery using ArcGIS. Other duties involve data attribution, conflation and manipulation of vector data using ArcGIS or other software.
Qualified candidates will have a BS/BA degree in GIS, Cartography, Geography, Remote Sensing or related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Solid working knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcPro or related software.
Computer competency in Windows environment. Strong communication skills.
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance a plus.
