FMG has an office in Columbus, OH where we are seeking an intelligent and motivated Survey Data Associate to assist with ongoing survey research efforts. The Survey Data Associate will be tasked with handling and entry of completed surveys.

This job is best suited for individuals with a background in Data Entry, Call Center Support, or Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and solid computer skills.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring survey returns and maintaining a survey control system
Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal research teams as needed
Sorting survey returns and completed surveys for processing by project. Preparing paper surveys to ensure accurate and efficient scanning steps
Utilizing Scantron and Teleform systems to process paper survey responses
Coding and cleaning of open-ended survey responses
Updating response rate reports based on current returns
Providing multi-mode helpdesk coverage, including emails and live calls (both outbound and inbound).
Meeting set productivity and quality expectations accurately.

Qualifications:

Strong data entry and typing skills, including 10-key
Knowledge of Excel and general computing skills
Ability to work across multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines must be able to multi-task
Ability to transition between independent and team-oriented tasks
Ability to follow established procedures consistently
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
High level of integrity in dealing with sensitive information
Helpdesk and/or extensive phone experience with demonstrated high-quality customer service.
Ability to perform tasks efficiently and prioritize project work.
Ability to perform and prioritize work independently while effectively coordinating task completion with team members.
Previous office experience is highly preferable
