Your Opportunity: Taylor Warehouse & Distribution is looking for a Manager of Logistics. This person will beresponsible for various logistics and distribution support functions including WMS, between the Shipping Facilities, Customer Service, Sales, Customers and Suppliers.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the WMS application including driving enhancements and supporting the distribution centers on proper application of the system

Assist in Client migrations from discovery through execution of the Client move

Support distribution centers with projects, campaigns and season needs

Lead new warehouse set-up and rationalization

Support the distribution centers with daily issues related to the WMS system

Auditing transactions and ensuring the recoveries are being recognized

Support quality related initiatives

Managing multiple reporting systems that include information such as Orders, Lines, Space consumption etc., - I -warehouse

Work in tandem with IT to support and schedule priorities based on revenue generating efficiencies and customer compliance

Support future technology and automation in distribution

Create and maintain process documentation that supports compliance, SOW's, and training materials.

You Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of directly related experience with high volume distribution

Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet research)

Ability and desire to interact with multiple Taylor Companies and various levels of leadership to create solutions for our Clients

Ability to travel up to 50%

Extensive knowledge of UPSWorldShipand FedExsoftware

Understands ERP concepts and integration with respect to supply/demand functions

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail, process oriented and organized

Interact constructively and effectively with all plant and warehouse employees and CSR teams

Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal

Reacts to change productively and can handle other tasks as assigned

Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance

A service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor

Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects

Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
