Supervise and track production equipment performance indicators, evaluate enterprise production line equipment, determine frequent failures/operational technical problems in equipment operation, analyze production line problems and equipment failures, manage equipment maintenance statistics and renovations, identify production equipment defects, guide and improve equipment performance, track renovation effects. Develop annual maintenance budgets and operation programs compliant with company annual operation programs. Manage information equipment, updating equipment hardware and software. Supervise and improve production equipment performance indicators, manage weekly/monthly meetings with OEM tempering furnace second shift maintenance team, collect information and analyze weekly/monthly equipment performance indicators, evaluate and improve unqualified items, taking effective measures, achieve annual production goals, apply plan-do-check-act cycle ("PDCA") for constant improvement. Control and improve spare parts inventory and rational application, reservation programs and purchase program management based on actual production analysis and technical requirements. Manage spare parts programs provided by manufacturers and other technical documents, review and improve tempering furnace equipment spare parts programs. Review weekly spare parts purchase application forms, to ensure spare parts above minimum inventory. Find methods of improving quality and reduce alternative product costs, determine what spare parts can be improvable and localizable based on monthly and annual downtime analysis reports. Manage equipment TPM / Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke. Review total productive maintenance (TPM), Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke weekly reports, maintain equipment production operation. Supervise production line Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke implementation in Plex system. Provide support and assistance to TPM/ Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke management. Manage equipment and propose continuous improvement projects, upgrades and renovation, research seminars, relevant technical training, study and recommend domestic spare parts for suitable import substitutes, meeting production requirements, reduce maintenance failures, costs and time to improve efficiency. Instruct subordinate employees, conduct work evaluation and other daily tasks of personnel management. Manage and assign work to 5 immediate subordinates daily. Manage skill evaluation according to subordinate engineer competency models, implement training in combination with skill evaluation results, serving as training lecturer, implement training in accordance with company "master and apprentice" training management regulations, focusing on improve subordinate engineer post skills and general vocational skills, develop subordinate engineer career development programs and annual post training programs, provide career development guidance and capacity improvement programs. Manage, develop and track subordinate maintenance engineer performance results; complete immediate subordinate performance appraisal, equipment qualification, downtime, maintenance costs, average maintenance time (MTTP) and maintenance quality. Track and manage subordinate maintenance engineer attendance, work coordination, and external evaluation. Approve subordinate maintenance engineer PTO applications, compensation adjustment and post promotion applications. Ensure safe production and implementation of company safety production rules and regulations. Lead weekly safety training meetings, implement various safety items, Supervise team member on safety policies and American safety standards. Develop production line safety improvement programs with EHS department, manage implementation.
