Job Description

Cerner's Consumer Solutions is hiring a Client Results Analyst II, where you will manage programs, events, or projects to successful completion in partnership with clients. In this role, you will manage and direct resources, which may include people, data, processes, or financial plans; consult with stakeholders to identify program-related gaps impacting current and future business strategies; and develop and propose programs to meet business needs with the strategic direction of key stakeholders. You will also evaluate program effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes including clinical, financial, experience and engagement; manage marketing projects including internal and external communications such as newsletters, social media, press releases, blogs, articles, and collateral materials; contribute to case studies and research including identification of the problem, review of existing literature, population definition, development of hypothesis, support for collection and analysis of data; and identify and cultivate business development opportunities with the direction of the client leadership team and other stakeholders. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
1-year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience

Expectations
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Must currently reside within 60 miles of a virtually approved city
