Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Part-time Psychiatric Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our team and to help individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. We are a large, community mental health center that offers patients comprehensive outpatient treatment, supplemental psychiatric care and case management services. This position will work 16 hours per week.

Provides medical evaluation and ongoing medical care of GCB clients.
Provides accurate, timely documentation of assessment and care provided to GCB clients.
Works collaboratively with GCB psychiatrists, nurses and staff, and other outside care givers.
Initiates doctor's orders and other requests, and interprets laboratory evaluations.
Makes referrals when indicated for medical or other needed services.
Completes external reports (ex. FMLA, probation) as needed.
Manages prescriptions, administration of medications, and education for GCB clients.
Collaborates with family and significant others when applicable.
Valid, unrestricted Ohio Medical Board, APRN license.
Experience with Mental Health services preferred.
Current/ Active DEA registration.
