Advise the customer leadership in the development of an all-encompassing Strategic Plan.
Offering operational guidance which details tactical recommendations that effectively and efficiently integrate process improvements to ensure planned and sustainable organizational growth.
Determine organizational goals based upon leadership interviews and create a deliberate strategic plan that integrates a series of initiatives to encourage continuous process improvement.
Capture and document customer culture and existing strategic/business processes and subsequently offer recommendations for improvement.
Advise customer leadership on work methods, practices and procedural structure to assist leadership in identifying ways to improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency and cultural enhancements.
Craft policies and procedures that align the Strategic Plan with the desired culture and mission objectives.
Advise customer leadership on potential challenges and propose suitable options and alternatives.
Coordinate staff inputs, document conclusions and present a detailed written plan and then brief this actionable Strategic Plan to the customer leadership.
Articulate to the leadership team the challenges and provide a risk mitigation plan.
Include a detailed schedule, highlighting achievable milestones and explain how much each of these steps forward leadership's goal of matching a desired culture with achieving the customers research mission.
Prepare training materials and lead training sessions to customer employees as a way to educate and enhance the desired culture. These trainings will include, but not limited to briefings on the Strategic Plan - detailing FOG and divisional goals and target timelines for completion.
Develop training materials and schedule and present trainings to all onboarding staff members.
Implement continuous learning initiatives desired by the FOG and divisional leadership.
Current Top Secret clearance and be eligible for TS/SAP and SCI
Prefer 10+ years' experience in organizational and/or strategic planning for large multi-faceted organizations
Minimum Bachelor's degree in business or engineering field is highly desired
