Job Description

Assist in the Management of workforce on the HIBEPASS contract.

Minimum Requirements:

5 years management experience
Experience with proposals
Experience with budgets and contract financial execution
Must directly support the HIB EPASS contract in aSenior Program Manageror higher position

The Task Leader reports directly to the Business Area Manager, Business Director or Vice President of Execution 'X2' Team. The Task Leader is Quantech's onsite management of a task execution for one small business areas or task. Responsibilities include: Technical Execution, Contract Performance & Execution; Customer Relations; Performance Metrics; Team Employee Management and Relations (Performance, Recognition, Mentoring, Time & Expense); and Corporate Taskings. The Task Leader also is responsible for a functional expertise to execute a portion of the task and is 100% direct with the customer.

- Support development of capture plans & bid-no-bid for specific contract opportunities

- Customer calls & teaming mtgs to brief qualifications and assess opportunities

- Assist in proposal mgmt process & as an author or reviewer

- Prepare Past Performance and Resume/Technical write-ups for proposal process

- Require a technical expertise to support SOW/PWS or customers

- Prepare timely and quality delivery of contract CDRLs to BAM

- Provide and promote outstanding customer support

- Receive Outstanding CPARS and customer surveys

- Customer interface for baseline & baseline growth & execution

- Support preparing dept budget submittals & monitor actual cost

- Review invoices & provide comment back to CFO organization monthly

- Responsible for team's mentoring, goals, training, morale, & personnel issues

- Support working on recruiting-preparing open reqs, find candidates, etc.

- Responsible for time & expense reporting for the team-approve time cards, PTO, & expenses

- Support working on personnel issues-consultation, reward, discipline, etc

- Work with HR to develop Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) as required

- Support preparing & performing Performance Reviews and feedback

- Review & advise employee on Self Evaluations and submit to HR

- Provide req'd personnel feedback/career assessments throughout the year on a regular basis

- Schedule and lead team meetings at a minimum monthly

- Communicate with all team members and keep management updated

- Understand all Corporate Policies and Procedures

- Prepare corporate resume and coordinate team submittals

- Attend team meetings and answer action items

- Suspense's for HIB

- Assist other Business Directors or Vice Presidents as required
