Summary:

Are you a tech-savvy, data-driven marketer with experience in the healthcare market? Bamboo Health is looking for a senior leader experienced in demand generation to help advance technology solutions that help improve healthcare.

As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will captain our multi-channel marketing engine for the healthcare and providers segments (healthcare systems, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, etc.) reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. You will oversee the entire marketing mix driving demand by creating marketing campaigns that utilize SEM, Email, Webinars, Social, Video, 3rd party programs, Press, Content, and leverage our Partners and events. Plus, you will lead the day-to-day activities of a team of marketing managers.

You will work with the sales and marketing team to identify and implement strategies and tactics that align with business goals, build the brand, and drive growth. You will also work closely with revenue operations to monitor, measure, and make recommendations that improve lead progression, velocity, and pipeline creation. In addition, you will collaborate with our agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders to execute programs and create compelling content.

B2B experience in healthcare, technology, professional services or a similar field is required.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Strategy

Develop and drive strategy, process, and workflows in collaboration with sales, marketing and revenue operations teams
Develop strategic roadmap for digital engagement using journeys and marketing automation
Create multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SEM, social, etc.) to promote products and services
Implement a strategy that supports account-based marketing, including ways to target and personalize engagement based on behavior and customer profiles
Develop A/B and multivariate tests and apply learnings by developing new best practices
Develop, manage and monitor campaign budgets
Work with sales and revenue operations to ensure proper integration of user data and tracking for sales enablement
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure coordination of strategies and a cohesive customer experience across digital channels
Oversee reporting and monitor and improve marketing performance
Identify the latest trends and technologies that can support strategies
Work with the cross-functional team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Create email marketing campaigns to promote products and services
Develop long- and short- term goals to support overall growth
Assist in the day-to-day leadership of a team of Marketing Managers

Product Support

Support product team by providing insights and expertise on changes happening in the market
Provide direction on UX and digital engagement trends as we build technology enabled products
Build and grow digital communities

Leadership

Support marketing, sales and revenue operations staff by providing leadership around MQLs and other feedback or insights to improve performance of business development representatives (inside sales)
Assist in guiding and directing the activities of the marketing managers
Stay on top of the latest changes in demand generation and make recommendations to the team on go-forward strategies and best practices

Marketing Operations & Reporting

Develop and manage best practices for digital marketing
Use data/results to inform recommendations for changes in marketing program
Understand web traffic analytics. Make recommendations for improvement and implement those recommendations

What Success Looks Like...

In 3 months...

Gain valuable insights and working knowledge into the tools, systems, teams, and current marketing activities supporting the revenue team at Bamboo Health
Work closely with product marketing, events, branding and communications, and external agencies to deliver successful marketing campaigns

In 6 months...

Optimize and manage the performance of nurture campaigns, lead and demand generation activities
Improve dashboards and communications around marketing campaign activities

In 12 months...

Refine audience targeting and account-based activities to drive better quality leads that convert faster for revenue teams
Continue to refine lead and nurture campaigns to drive growth

What You Need:

A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change in complex healthcare environments, awareness of payer/provider reimbursement models, and interoperability/healthcare tech trends
5-10 years of marketing experience in a SaaS business environment preferably health technology
Proven track record of leading and deliver results
Bachelor's Degree or history of relevant experience with a concentration in demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing preferred
Previous experience marketing to healthcare organizations and payers
Demonstrated success coordinating campaigns that utilize multiple digital marketing channels (SEM, email, social media, etc.) and content marketing
This is a fast-paced work environment, so you need to be highly organized, able to prioritize your tasks, and be detail oriented
Enjoy team collaboration, while still being able to work autonomously and "connect the dots"
Strong analytical and process improvement skills and ability to make strategic and operational decisions quickly based on customer data and insights
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience with high-growth companies a plus
