Summary

Responsibilities:
-Maintains electronic libraries of document control, change management, investigations, CAPA's
-Evaluates & escalates major issues to manager
-Gains an understanding of federal and state regulations (DEA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, Customs)
-Experience with controlled workflow processes and documentation
-Carries out duties in compliance with established business requirements
-Demonstrated ability to mold and adapt to changing environments and motivated to take on new challenges
-Analytical ability to interpret fine line meanings of government regulations
-Adheres to timelines and milestones set by supervisor/manager
-Assists with tasks required for traceability and reportability of human pharmaceuticals
-Manage inbound operations of traceability products
-Manages daily quality team functions such as recalls, product complaints, adverse events, non-conformances, CAPAs, vendor due diligence

-Schooling, temp or internship working in a regulated or quality environment

-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient computer skills
-Ability to follow stated process and procedures
-Ability to perform multiple activities at the same time and produce outstanding results to required deadlines
-Ability to work under supervision
-Time management
-Develops and maintains expertise through interaction with subject matter experts
-Ability to write policies and procedures and consult with team lead or manager
