Bamboo Health currently seeking qualified candidates with 4-6 years of experience for a full-time Server and Data Engineering role. The ideal candidate will live and breathe data and be excited about supporting user-facing data products. This candidate will work with the health data science team and platform services to manage current and future analytical infrastructure. The candidate will use our unique data pipeline to develop custom solutions for clients. Successful candidates will excel at creative problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and thinking independently about how to utilize data to address the challenges our customers face in physical and behavioral care coordination. What You'll Do:
Maintain multiple platforms to deliver world-class analytics to internal and external clients
Implement best practices to ensure the highest quality analytical experience for our users
Become the technical subject matter expert on reporting components of our product suite
Collaborate with Agile team and work cross functionally to drive implementation of solutions
Leverage data and data analysis techniques to deliver insights to stakeholders
Assist on various projects that contribute to business initiatives

You are comfortable with our data pipeline, architecture, and platforms
You begin to build strong relationships with your peers on the analytics team

You expand your scope of influence to other cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to product, engineering, platform, and other key business area functions.
You are maintaining infrastructure and implementing enhancements to improve performance and deliver better user experience.
In 12 months...
You are the technical subject matter expert on reporting infrastructure of our product suite
You are collaborating with various business areas to deliver analytics that drive improved business decisions and increased value for the company.
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree required in a quantitative or technical discipline such as mathematics, economics, computer science, statistics, or a similar quantitative field
4+ years of professional work experience, inclusive of 2+ years of server management
Experience performing server and software upgrades in AWS environments
Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data. Considerable SQL experience mandatory
Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI/Looker or other equivalent data visualization software
Experience with Python is a plus
Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
