Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
 


  Mettler Toledo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to develop a high level of technical expertise in the our business area's product lines and service offerings to help grow their territory. This position will focus on selling our different technical products. Other responsibilities include:
Manage incoming leads, emails and calls from customer inquiries for quotes, lead times, etc. It will be up to the rep to qualify the leads, understand the customer need, all the way to the end of the sales process.
Follow up of sales leads for sales opportunities; cross selling opportunities, or opportunities that are assigned to outside sales for consultation on higher end solutions.
Executing outbound campaigns, accurately managing and recording all data generated from these efforts in our CRM, SAP.
Assure database integrity within CRM


  What You Need to Succeed
 


  Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Chemistry or scientific is a plus
2 years of sales, customer service and technical product knowledge and marketing experience is desired.
Inbound and Outbound experience working with customers using telesales skills and training are also desirable.
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and and the ability to work independently and in a team environment is necessary.
Experience being able to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities with strong focus on working with customers and having a positive outlook and energy level are also required.
