Summary: In this role, the Equidox EAM works as a sales representative for the Onix Equidox product and services.
Scope/Level of Decision Making: This is an exempt position operating under limited decision-making and supervision. Position performs a variety of assigned activities, referring more complex issues to the manager.
Location: Remote-Nationwide, Remote-Ontario, Remote-Quebec
Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
Independent outreach to develop a pipeline of prospects while also managing inbound leads via our marketing team.
Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Understanding the prospect's pain points and positioning the product and service offering to solve their problems
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers (i.e. Return on Investment compared to competitors)
Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
Maintaining a database of contact information.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Handling complaints and negotiations.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate(s) will have SaaS sales experience working with large enterprise accounts, government agencies, and EDU segments. The Ideal individual(s) will have a proven sales background in digital accessibility.
Creativity and organization - Act! CRM experience is helpful.
Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.
Excellent leadership abilities.
Analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.
Strong communication/presentation skills.
Comfortable working within a small team environment, collaborating and communicating with teammates to share knowledge and cross-sell.
Education: BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Travel Expectation: 10 - 15% Domestic.
