Job Summary




Medpace will be hosting a Cincinnati In-Person Advanced Degree Networking Event.

Responsibilities




Below are the positions we will be recruiting for at this event:

 

Clinical Research Associate 

Comprehensive training program that will provide you the resources and knowledge to monitor sites independently
Must be willing to travel 60-70%
Communicates with medical staff and clinical research physicians

Clinical Trial Manager

Responsible for leading internal project team members
Management of project timeline and all project deliverables

Data Coordinator

Clean the clinical database, which includes generating and resolving data clarifications
Reconcile clinical data
Perform QC audits on the clinical database

Feasibility Coordinator

Perform research and analysis of data from both internal and publicly available sources to support planning for global clinical trials
With the guidance of senior team members, develop scenarios for study execution and associated strategic text for proposal documents

Patient Recruitment Coordinator

Implement various recruitment and advocacy strategies for clinical research studies
Work effectively with the Medpace study team to discuss recruitment strategies and enrollment targets
Utilize internal systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment

Project Coordinator

Partner with Clinical Trial Manager to coordinate daily study activities
Central point of contact for internal and external team members

Proposal Writer

Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFP) and determine the best approach for satisfying sponsor requirements
Gather data and develop strategic proposals under strict timelines

Regulatory Submissions Coordinator

Assist with the start-up of clinical research sites
Collaborate with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs)
Prepare regulatory documents, including Informed Consent Forms


Qualifications




Advanced degree in Life Science Field
3.0 GPA or higher
