ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting directly to the Business Banking (BB) Product & Sales Enablement Manager, the BB Sales Enablement Consultant is responsible for the deployment of Sales and Service strategies and initiatives for KeyBank's Small Business Segment. The position will be responsible for partnering with the BB leadership team, Retail team and LOB partners to drive business objectives and direct and lead innovation efforts that drive strategic development, competitive advantage and client value. The Analyst will play a significant role on sales enablement teams, perform continued assessment(s) for success, and guide teams accountable for Sales & Service initiative projects. Responsible for development and deployment of new initiatives, tools, associated training materials, team communication through huddles and other tools, campaign management & support and will play a critical role in influencing product enhancements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Lead special projects and contribute on and deploy Business Banking sales strategies, programs/initiatives and facilitate the coordination of partners support in deployment; serve as a thought leader to ensure programs align with Key's vision
* Execute SB Sales & Service strategies including Sales Process, Sales Management, Client Contact Strategies, Salesforce/OYD applications, Product/Initiative launches and Keynet resources
* Identify gaps in sales delivery and recommend tactics and initiatives to close gaps; translate business objectives into strategies and tactics for stakeholders including but not limited to branch huddles and tool development
* Provide necessary field insight and collaborate with BB and Retail Leadership to drive the definition, development and launch efforts to implement revenue generating strategy and programs; develop and deploy related campaigns and support
* Contribute on the development and implementation for Sales training initiatives, including but not limited to: Sales professional training modules, system release trainings, Certification trainings, New Hire modules, etc.
* Sales Procedure and Job Aid Development and Maintenance, including LOB and Risk sign off; where applicable, regulate the legal/privacy/compliance review processes for initiatives and training documents
* Assess operating business risks/opportunities and identifies strategies to mitigate/capitalize as appropriate
* Perform frequent assessments and analysis on program and tool support in an effort to support the business in meeting overall growth objectives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree (Business or related field) or equivalent in working experience
* At least 1 year retail banking branch experience

* 3+ years of business, strategy development or related experience

* Effective communications skills, including demonstrated ability to orchestrate and present information at all levels within the organization
* Able to successfully function as a thought leader, introducing, gaining buy-in for and integrating strategic ideas
* Strong organizational, project management and planning skills with the ability to set and manage multiple priorities and initiatives across multiple teams, product groups and support groups to achieve short and long term goals
* Demonstrated strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence a wide variety of constituents across the organization coupled with the ability to participate in and lead teams of directs and partners
* Consistently strives for accountability in self and others
* Strong analytical/strategic mindset and strong sales executions skills
* Demonstrated ability on how to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
