What we're looking for:
You are an experienced ServiceNow Developer well versed in full life-cycle implementations and integrations using different interfaces.

Position Summary

Citrix is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Architect to create service items, design and build workflows and orchestrate automation.The ServiceNow Developer will ensure a sustained development structure within IT Systems to support both technology and non-technology business units as they adopt the ServiceNow platform in all capacities as an enterprise solution. Additionally, this role will be responsible for administration of our ServiceNow Enterprise platform.The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for scoping, designing and implementing various services in order to best support our business needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow development team in the development process including creating and maintaining design documentation
Coach the ServiceNow development team in best practice for the platform
Perform the technical lead role for platform upgrades

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally 3+ years working with ServiceNow as an implementation consultant, solution architect, or system administrator with multi-service provider experience.
Experience with root cause analysis and providing the best functional designs in ServiceNow.
Experience in training various groups at various levels of the organization.
Experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, CMS, Incident Management, Workflow, Automation, Integrations, Orchestration.
Experience with Workday Integrations - HR/Finance modules preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Integrations preferred.
System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc.
Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
Create and manage scripts and workflow.
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
Experience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery tools

ServiceNow Certifications are a plus. Some of the certifications that would be of particular use/interest in this role are:

Certified App Dev or Certified Advanced System Admin
System Implementation Specialist Certification
ServiceNow Certified Scripting in ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified Orchestration

Qualifications

Requires deep knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management.
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master's degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience.
