Location:
4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144

This position is on site in Brooklyn, OH.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Occasional weekends and overtime depending on business need.

Essential job duties and skills:

Intermediate PC skills and ability to use MS Word/Excel
Experience working with mainframe and web-based applications
Experience working with the ALS, HOGAN, FileNet, Quest, MSP and KVD applications
Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents
Ability to independently perform complex research tasks
Attention to details
Strong problem solving skills, flexible thinking
Service oriented - client centricity
Ability to lift/move 40 pound mail tubs
Experience working in a fast paced, back-office, operations environment

Required Qualifications
* Typically 1-3 years of experience in operations role
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred

* Excellent customer service skills
* Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated leadership skills

* Proficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
* Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Intermediate understanding of accounting principles
* Intermediate understanding of banking policies, procedures, government regulations
* Intermediate understanding of loan documentation
* Proven ability to handle all monetary/ processing functions independently
* Moderate knowledge/experience in multiple payment delivery channels; OLDS, Lockbox, ACH, wires
* Moderate knowledge of banking policies, procedures and governmental regulations
* Ability to perform moderate scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance functions
* Proven ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately
* Ability to meet production goals
* Proven ability to handle all customer service inquires and diffuse difficult customer situations independently
* May train or assist in training new staff
* Ability to work with minimal supervision in decision making
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
