We are hiring for our Cargill account! One of our largest and fastest growing accounts at C&W Services.

All hours are day hours, we'll provide all of your uniforms, pay for your licensure/ and classes, we have competitive Health benefits for you and your family, we'll pay you for being on call for 4hrs and call in pay will pay a minimum of 4hrs for each call. Call in rotation will be approximately every 5 weeks, company provided fluke meters & insulated screwdrivers, 401k with great company match, 3 weeks of paid time off in the first year, 9 paid holidays, electrical training-12hr training every 3 years. We have our own training room with motors, boxes, switches and electrical components to practice on and work on your knowledge.Job Description
Education

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Minimum Position Requirements

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
2-5 years of electrical experience
120V - 480V 3 Phase experience
Experience operating industrial vehicles and power tools

Preferred Requirements

Knowledge of common facilities operations and operating tools
Working knowledge of Industrial Electrical settings
120V - 480V experience
Industrial Maintenance experience
Conduit experience

Key Responsibilities

Utilize industrial powered vehicles (RTFL, Forklift, Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift)
Have a working knowledge and proficiency with installing, repairing and maintaining industrial electrical components and equipment
Have a working knowledge and proficiency with installing, repairing and maintaining industrial electrical components and equipment
Have an awareness and ability to perform calibration and documentation of functions pertaining to the key elements of: Flow Measurement, Level Measurement, Pressure, Temperature, Analytical Instrumentation and other duties as assigned
Have a working knowledge of schematics, mathematics, preventive/predictive technologies, basic computer literacy, safe electrical testing and measurement best practices
Be aware and able to follow standards laid out by NECA 101

Physical demands or the job

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
The ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
Ability to work at elevated altitudes
