Early Intervention Speech and Language Pathologist
The early intervention team is excited about seeking a Speech Language Pathologist, SLP-CCC to join The Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Within this collaborative culture; your responsibilities will be a diverse mix of assessment, evaluation, coaching and direct interaction with families and children.
Qualified Early Intervention Speech and Language Pathologist candidates must have the ability/willingness to wear a 3-ply mask covering their nose and mouth throughout the workday while interacting with others. The services are provided in homes and other natural environments via in-person and virtual visits for children ages 0-3 and families in Highland County. This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to work with children and families in the context of a dynamic team and make a difference early to promote a solid start. The schedule will be 32 hours a week with flexibility, competitive salary, and benefits. A current Ohio Speech and Hearing Professional Board license and American Speech Language Hearing Association CCC’s required, and recent pediatric care experience is preferred.
Individual must be able to pass BCI and FBI criminal background checks as required by the Ohio Revised Code; pass a preemployment drug screen, physical and TB test, have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record and a satisfactory MVR CORSA score.
