About the role:
The Marketing Production Supervisor at TQL is responsible for the promotion and development of TQL branded gear, online usage of TQL's store and management all tangible deliverables of the Production Team. You'll have oversight on executing production around branded merchandise, print, signage, gift campaigns and satellite vendor relationships.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Supervise and mentor the production team and its performance
  • Oversee production team projects for the online TQL store, satellite signage, gifts and other production, merchandise, or related branding items
  • Manage the search and act as advisor to unique and specific production needs
  • Coordinate art/design considerations
  • Manage proper approvals, communications and assure company protocols are maintained before, during and after the execution of all marketing deliverables
  • Establish protocols & assign project management responsibilities to production team
  • Track production scheduling and costs, make any on-the-fly adjustments to the process and coordinate any receiving of materials or shipping of final goods
  • Implement systems for production tracking, quality, and cost controls
What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, or hospitality preferred
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, production, or sourcing industry
  • 2+ years team supervisory or leadership experience
  • High-level organization and time management skills
  • Creative thinker, with an ability to provide input on branding techniques
  • Superior communication and people skills
  • Ability to manager stress and multiple projects at once
