3E is hiring an IT Project Coordinator to join our support organization. In this role, you will act as a systems administrator for our ticketing system, Creatio. You will also be reporting user and customer analytics and ensuring projects are completed on time. This is a hybrid position and can be based near one of our US office locations in Canton, OH; Bethesda, MD or Carlsbad, CA.
In this role you will:
Manage the Creatio Ticketing Instance
Act as the System Administrator including working with the appropriate groups for system and security changes (e.g. IT Infrastructure)
Manage support requests; both internal and external. This will include working with Creatio support along with the consulting team (KEWL) to implement system corrections. This will include building system or team dashboards, filters, reports.
Manage the assigned projects to implement system changes; including the implementations of various support teams being added to the instance.
Complete all necessary system testing for system upgrades, support changes, and implementations
Act as the Data Analyst for the Client Services Department
Maintain 3E Generate Metrics for executive reporting
Maintain Creatio metrics for executive reporting
Based on direction from management, design and build additional Support Team's metrics
Based on direction from management, build, execute, and analyze various data reports (ad-hoc reporting). This will include a focus on improving client specific data analysis and prepare customer ready communications.
Operate as lead point of contact for all non-standard client specific requests and non-standard services assigned to the department.

High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree or technical degree is preferred.
Advanced experience using various business application tools including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Power BI required.
3+ years' experience in data and process analysis. This includes working with data flow diagramming, cross functional flow-charts, data information graphing and advanced use of Excel or Power BI for building, manipulating, visualizing and analyzing data.
2+ years' experience in System Administration for a Ticketing System (e.g. Creatio, JIRA). This will require managing the ticketing system along with gathering business requirements based on feedback from the appropriate support groups.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills using multiple databases is required.
Strong organizational skills, to include project planning, multi-department delegation, processing, and follow-up to meet contractual deliverables required. Must have the ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to collect customer feedback, identify areas of necessary software enhancements and determine scalable growth opportunities for supporting services.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
Some technical software data application and web service application experience is desirable (i.e. e-business, online or web program applications).
Experience in conducting formal training presentations either live or via MS Teams, Web Ex, Go to Meeting, etc. is highly desirable
