Signal Processing Engineer and Analyst
Key Role:

Work with a team of engineers and scientists to develop the next generation of Electronic warfare technologies and solutions.Research EW algorithms to provide the U.S. warfighter cutting edge capabilities in the management and dominance of the RF Spectrum. Utilize modern programming languages such as C/C++, Matlab, and Python to perform analysis on ES Receiver Processing and EW technique effectiveness. Evaluate and develop algorithms to communicate results and ideas to a wide range of DoD Decision makers while also maintaining technical documentation of results.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in Algorithm Development, System Analysis, Radar Analysis or AI/ML

Experience with MATLAB, Python, Windows and Linux

Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing, AI/ML, and Statistical Analysis

Ability to learn independently and act as a self-motivated, team player

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with Agile and Scrum development, including Research and Development

Knowledge of EW methods and analysis, including Mission analysis, Electronic Support Receivers, and Signal Analysis

Top Secret clearance

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of experience with Signal Processing Engineering preferred
