Barnes Force and Motion Control Business Unit is seeking a progressive Global Marketing Manager to serve as a business partner for the AS Raymond and Industrial Gas Springs brands globally. The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the brands' global marketing vision and deploying the on-line and off-line strategy to communicate the brands' values, build brand awareness, generate, qualify, and convert sales leads. The role oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy supporting the AS Raymond and Industrial Gas Springs global sales strategy and in alignment with the overall Barnes FMC Business Unit's marketing strategy.
Responsible for the brands' global positioning and marketing strategy, developed in line with the global Barnes FMC Business Unit strategy and in dialogue with Head of Marketing Barnes FMC Business Unit.
Develop & communicate marketing plans for targeted industries, new products, services and promotional campaigns through on-line and off-line placement and track relevant KPI's to measure success.
Develop brand persona and brand standards, including implementation into organization and external marketing communication.
Develop marketing content through collaboration with customers, sales and engineers to communicate the brands, products, services and value proposition for digital placement as well as to support off-line sales and marketing channels. Ensure that the sales team has the appropriate marketing tools to meet their commercial objectives.
Ensure digital marketing strategy including using PPC, SEO, email campaigns, blogs, forums, newsletters and social media plan to share content, generate leads and increase web visibility, traffic etc. Interpret analytics and measure ROI.
Collaborates with other Marketing Managers to share best practices, align initiatives and strengthen the FMC Marketing function. Collaborates with Ecommerce Manager to increase Ecommerce sales.
Execution of campaigns & communication in on- & off-line channels incl. translations and reporting, supported by Copywriter, Digital Marketing Specialist and Lead Generation Specialist.
Go-to-person and point of contact for marketing needs for AS Raymond and IGS brands'
Supports, leads and participates in assigned Marketing projects and further development of the Marketing Team, strategy and common marketing processes.
Performs duties as assigned by management.
In collaboration with Product Management continuously research and analyze customer market trends to understand marketability of potential products, perform competitive market research and identify courses of action based on the findings.
Guide and support team members of the FMC Marketing Team with dotted line into the Marketing Manager.
Reports to and collaborates closely with Barnes FMC BU Head of Marketing. Reports with dotted line into the General Manager of AS Raymond & Industrial Gas Springs

Minimum 5 years' global marketing experience in B2B
Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage marketing strategies, plans and budgets.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience in working with marketing in an international B2B environment, preferably within the industrial sector.
Experience with digital marketing such as web, social media, content marketing and lead generation.
Experience in content development and copy writing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Competency in CRM (preferably Salesforce and Pardot), PIM (preferably InRiver), CMS software (preferably Optimizely/EpiServer), Google Marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
