With our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform, we aspire to deliver on outcomes that help differentiate our sales, servicing, and marketing teams as well as provide a foundation of operational stability and efficiency.  As a Product Owner on our Enterprise CRM Platform team, you will play a key role in helping shape and mature our Email and Environment Management capabilities.  Those capabilities within our CRM's ecosystem are critical in creating new & enhancing current experiences of our customers, distribution partners, and employees.

You will have an opportunity to:

Articulate the product vision and advances key platform capabilities
Lead, influence, and collaborate with engineering team members and enterprise stakeholders
Advocate for efficient operations/processes, best practices, and a healthy platform foundation
Use data, reporting, and metrics to define and prioritize work



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or Developer)
2+ years of Product Owner experience
Excellent communication and ability to influence up and down
Strong technical aptitude - ability to understand high-level technical aspects of the work, communicate with engineers, translate to business partners, etc.

Additional preferred skills/experience such as

Experience with grooming and prioritizing a backlog with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities
Familiarity with Agile methodology, Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA...), and delivery through proven practices
Experience working in a shared Salesforce environment
Salesforce Environment Management
Salesforce Email Management
Salesforce development (Apex/Lightning)
Experience gathering & breaking down requirements from stakeholders
Experience in CX/UX
Process or journey mapping experience

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$73100 - $142800 / year
