Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Supervisor)
This position will partner with a various departments and leaders within the company to provide Talent Acquisition support. This position will include creating recruitment plans, work with internal and external recruiters, leading HR staff to ensure staffing needs are met, and driving our recruitment marketing.
Oversee recruitment process for assigned areas, which includes sourcing, interviewing candidates, preparing correspondence, developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, etc.
Manage and lead a team within Talent Acquisitions for the designated departments;
Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
Strategically lead campus recruitment with local colleges and universities while providing support for regional HR outside of the US;
Conduct employee and management training; and
Manage projects and HR staff to ensure proper HR support for organization
At least 5+ years of HR experience with a focus in recruitment;
Management/Supervisory experience is a plus;
Strong interviewing and assessment skills;
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is a plus.
