Job Summary




Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based administrative assistant to join our Clinical Trial Management Training & Development team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities




Provide day-to-day Training & Development (T&D) support activities - maintenance of T&D files, disseminating training reminders, etc;
Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
Schedule training sessions, coordinate & schedule departmental and individual training meetings;
Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
Perform other administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications




A high school diploma or equivalent;
Proficient in English;
At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a health care field;
Attention to detail, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
High functioning knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office programs; and
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
