We are currently hiring an in-house temporary Remote Social Media Content Designer for our Marketing team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the marketing team with implementing the company's overall communication and marketing plan, focusing specifically on social media video content and resources to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of the company's services and resources.
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
Assist the marketing team in the planning and development of original content to support various projects and initiatives, including websites, social media, recruitment advertising, and more.
Assist in creating content across multiple platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Google, Instagram, Tik Tok, Web sites, etc.).
Develop monthly social media calendar to provide a roadmap of social media recruiting activities for local offices.
Create, film, and edit ready-to-post videos for social media.
Collect and report metrics to support marketing efforts.
Assist in generating new ideas to draw the audience's attention.
Competencies we value for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or a related field; or . Extensive knowledge of social media, of video creation and editing. Enthusiasm for social media trends, technical capacity, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as a member of the creative marketing team. Strong computer and creative technology knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products as well as social media video creation and posting platforms and demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions, constraints and meet deadlines.
