Job Description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
 


  We are looking for an E-commerce Solution Specialist to join our global team. Are you an analytical thinker that is looking to work with people all over the world? This role could be for you! Your responsibilities will include:

 Analyses reported issues, participates in correction design and testing\
Providing 2nd & 3rd Level Support for the eCommerce Solutions (Hybris Portals)
Coordinating the Incident resolution process on team level (oversee the SLA, provide guidance to development team, fosters collaboration with other functional teams)
Collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Owner in Requirement gathering and assessment process, as well as with Solution Architects in technical solution assessment and design

Develop business user documentation and training material for proper hand-over of designed process and solution to the business users.


  What You Need to Succeed
 


 
At least Bachelor Degree (Preferred - IT, System/Business Analysis)
2-3 years of experience on web development projects as Solution Specialist, Business Analyst or QA team member
Highly organized, analytical, and technically-minded
Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team
Ownership
Experience with eCommerce Solutions/Systems (SAP, magento, other)
Ability to read and analyze system logs
